Initial Applications

1. Read the current Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
   
   Hard copies of the PDS’s are available on request by providing your name and mailing address to K2 Client Services on (03) 9691 6111 or emailing information@k2am.com.au.
2. Complete the Application Form attached to the PDS.
   
   Application forms may be sent via fax or email provided the original follows promptly by mail to K2.
3. Arrange payment for the relevant Fund
   
   Acceptable payment methods are:
   • Electronic transfer (details below)
     
     If payment is made via electronic transfer please advise K2 on the day of transfer or attach a copy of the bank transfer confirmation, in order for us to locate your money.
   • Cheque payment
     
     Should be made payable to the Fund account name (details below). Cheques will be banked within 24 hours of receipt if accompanied with a completed application form.
4. Your application will only be processed when your monies and application form have been received. Failure to do so may result in delays in processing your application.
   
   It is recommended investors call or email K2 Client Services to advise that your application is on its way. You will receive a confirmation letter once your application form and money have been received.
5. Application forms and monies need to be received by 2.00pm (AEST) on any given business day.
