Finexia Diversified Private Credit Fund

The Finexia Diversified Private Credit Fund provides investors with access to a diversified portfolio of leading private credit fund managers, focussed predominately on the Australian market. The Fund aims to deliver strong risk adjusted returns via regular distributions, with limited concentration risk and correlation, to deliver low volatility, stable returns.

A key aim of the Fund is to facilitate a cost-efficient and diversified way of accessing the private credit asset class, providing investors with enhanced regular income whilst preserving capital.

The Fund is available to retail and wholesale investors and is an illiquid fund with limited opportunity for monthly redemptions. Prospective investors should carefully consider whether an illiquid fund is suitable for their purposes.

The investment manager responsible for the day-to-day operation of the fund is Finexia Funds Management Pty Ltd. Finexia are an alternatives investment manager that actively manage a number of high yielding income funds providing private credit and investment solutions to various clients. Finexia have appointed K2 Corporate Services Pty Ltd, a related party of K2 Asset Management to provide tactical independent investment advice regarding portfolio construction and execution.
